About Us
The project is brought to you by the REACH (Research Engagement and Community Health) Equity Team. We do research to help Latino men in the greater Miami, FL area to get access to healthcare and other kinds of services. We’re all about working with and for our community – our goal is to make sure that our work directly benefits you!
The Team
The REACH Equity Team at the University of Miami is led by Dr. Audrey Harkness, and includes lots of different team members including graduate students, staff, and volunteers. Some of our key team members on this project are Jahn Jaramillo (PhD student in Prevention Science), Nonie Kalra (Master’s student in Prevention Science), Nikki Reyes (PhD student in Prevention Science), and Xema Quirino (Undergraduate Student at University of Miami). We partnered with Care Resource and Northwestern University (Rana Saber and her RADD team at the Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing) to bring you these stories! While we listed a few people here, there are many more past and future team members who have contributed and we thank them all!
